Working in commercial real estate sales, leasing and management since 1975 specializing in retail, office and industrial properties in San Diego and throughout Southern California.
Was awarded the inaugural Accredited Management Organization of the Year Award, has received NAIOP and IREM national first place honors for its marketing programs. Was voted CCIM of the Year and has received IREM’s Key Award for being a “key” member of IREM.
Has been an officer and served on numerous boards, including Gaslamp Quarter Association Land Use Planning Committee, San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR), La Jolla Real Estate Brokers Association (REBA).
Has been a court-appointed receiver for Citicorp and Weyerhaeuser, has been an expert witness on real estate matters. Has taught commercial real estate courses for state approved continuing education requirements, is a nationally published author of text materials and articles on commercial real estate management, wrote a weekly column for three years for the San Diego Daily Transcript newspaper on property management issues. Responsible for the overall management of the majority of the company portfolio which includes retail, office and industrial properties located throughout the San Diego county and Riverside county (San Ysidro, La Jolla, Carlsbad, Vista, Downtown San Diego, Miramar, Kearny Mesa, La Mesa, El Cajon, Mission Valley, Temecula, etc), including high-end, high-value La Jolla and Gaslamp Quarter streetfront retail and office properties.
Handles management, maintenance, tenant relations, vendor contract negotiation, financial aspects of the properties, including obtaining financing for construction and other special projects, construction supervision, owner liaison, implementation of risk management technique and green building practices and new and renewal leasing on management properties.
Mindi is currently pursuing the CPM and LEED EBOM designations.

Responsible for all financial aspects of the company including cash management, investment analysis, financial statements and reporting, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, property acquisitions and dispositions.

KRISTI KISSINGER, Realtor Associate
As a Realtor Associate for Harman Realtors, Kristi is skilled in user decision analysis, financial analysis, market analysis and investment analysis. Kristi is experienced in researching, negotiating and facilitating the financing and execution of transactions. She specializes in sales and leasing of retail and office properties located throughout the greater San Diego area. With over eight years of real estate experience, Kristi has completed transactions in excess of $50 million.
Kristi prides herself on maintaining professional and long lasting relationships with her clients so she can provide them with top of the line service. She has mastered identifying client needs and overcoming objections to find her client the most ideal fit.
Kristi is a licensed real estate agent in California as well as a member of NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association and ICSC International Council of Shopping Centers. Currently Kristi is pursuing her CCIM designation.
