HARMAN, CCIM, CSM, CPM, CRB President Working in commercial real estate sales, leasing and management since 1975 specializing in retail, office and industrial properties in San Diego and throughout Southern California. Was awarded the inaugural Accredited Management Organization of the Year Award, has received NAIOP and IREM national first place honors for its marketing programs. Was voted CCIM of the Year and has received IREM’s Key Award for being a “key” member of IREM. Has been an officer and served on numerous boards, including Gaslamp Quarter Association Land Use Planning Committee, San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR), La Jolla Real Estate Brokers Association (REBA). Has been a court-appointed receiver for Citicorp and Weyerhaeuser, has been an expert witness on real estate matters. Has taught commercial real estate courses for state approved continuing education requirements, is a nationally published author of text materials and articles on commercial real estate management, wrote a weekly column for three years for the San Diego Daily Transcript newspaper on property management issues. Handles management, maintenance, tenant relations, vendor contract negotiation, financial aspects of the properties, including obtaining financing for construction and other special projects, construction supervision, owner liaison, implementation of risk management technique and green building practices and new and renewal leasing on management properties. Mindi is currently pursuing the CPM and LEED EBOM designations. Valued Harman Company employee since 1999. Dorota DOROTA FRANKOW GONZALEZ, Company Controller California Board of Accountancy – Passed the four-part CPA test, and is currently working with a CPA firm in her off hours to meet the licensing requirements to achieve formal CPA status. University of Economics, Poznan, Poland – Master’s Degree in Finance Major in Management and Marketing, specialized in corporate financial strategies and capital investments. Real Estate Licensee Responsible for all financial aspects of the company including cash management, investment analysis, financial statements and reporting, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, property acquisitions and dispositions. Working in San Diego real estate since 2002, and a Valued Harman Company employee since 2005.
- BrokerageWe represent sellers and buyers of shopping centers, office building and industrial projects. The president of the company is a CCIM broker (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and through out CCIM Network we have nationwide coverage within which to market commercial properties. On the buy side, we assist the buyers with all facets of sue diligence, including physical and financial, and can offer management after the sale.
